Happy New Year, and thank you all for making our first full calendar year of making chocolate and bonbons in Exeter such a success! We are immensely grateful for the support the entire community has given us, and we are looking forward to a wonderful 2019, full of adventures in chocolate!
This is the time of year to make resolutions, and we’re no different. Ours go a little something like this:
- to try even more chocolate made from cacao beans with interesting, sustainable, and responsible origins
- to use that chocolate to create flavor combinations that excite and delight all of us (and especially you!)
- to travel and learn more from other chocolatiers and chocolate makers, and bring back that knowledge to you
- to offer more tasting and learning opportunities in and out of the shop
- to give back to our community and the world (we have a super-secret project we’re working on)
- to start a newletter, letting all of you know what’s going on in our chocolate world
- to create a monthly chocolate subscription or two
