We’re nearly out of our Bean-to-bar chocolate made from 2015 Tanzanian cacao harvest by Kokoa Kamili. So we’ve started roasting the 2018 harvest from them.
This year, Sam and Tom went through old family cookbooks to find their favorite Christmas and holiday cookies so that they could recreate those flavors as bonbons and truffles.
