A granite slab. A few spatulas. A thermometer. That’s the equipment we use to create most of our chocolate bars, bonbons, truffles, and other confections. It gives us a special connection to everything we produce, and we want to share our love for chocolate with you.

When we were getting started, we got a lot of local support. A friend told a friend. Who told another friend. Who told their sister. Who told a producer at New Hampshire Chronicle. And they kindly came to try our chocolate (and do a segment about what we do).
And even though we’ve upgraded from a homestead kitchen to a full-fledged chocolate shop, we still feel connected to our community.

Andy here! Let me just start with this - bean-to-bar chocolate is not easy! Getting the roast right is tricky and will come with experience (hopefully), grinding is messy, winnowing without a winnower is time consuming, and the melanging takes time. But the results?...
