Chocolate 101: Becoming a Chocolatier (ages 14+)


This is the fundamental class of working with real chocolate and the art of making it beautiful with a shiny, glossy finish and a loud snap-the chocolatier’s goal. You will learn how to seed temper as well as table temper and take home both solid and hollow forms.

This Chocolate 101: Becoming a Chocolatier Class is a 1.5 hour class and is for ages 14 and up.

Classes take place in our Exeter shop so that we have full access to the kitchen. Price is per person. Class will run if a minimum of three people sign up. Alternatively, the class can run as a private class for one person by purchasing three seats.
