I started my pastry journey 3 years ago when I walked into this amazing chocolate shop! The smell knocked me over and then I met the people behind the smell and I knew I had found my place in the world. Sam and Tom gave me every opportunity to learn about their passion and art. My experience at La Cascade du Chocolat made me even more ravenous to continue my learning at a pastry school.

The pandemic gave me a unique opportunity to go to Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France, where I took on an intensive 9-month program studying pastry and bread. Now that I’m back in the US, I thought I’d have some fun with my new knowledge and create a delicious assortment of desserts with La Cascade Du Chocolat for you!

Dessert Nights Summer 2021


Take home some of the best desserts in New Hampshire to enjoy for yourself, or with friends next weekend! These desserts are a collaboration between Cordon Bleu-trained Pastry Chef Madeleine Triff  and La Cascade du Chocolat’s Master Chocolatiers Samantha Brown and Thomas Nash. You may recognize Madeleine from when she got her start in the chocolate and pastry world right here at La Cascade du Chocolat, and we’ve watched her improve her skills and expand her repertoire over the past several years. We’re very excited to be working with her.

There are 12 desserts to choose from, from cupcakes to tarts to cakes to biscotti and more. Orders need to be in by Midnight on Tuesday, July 27, for pickup on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
