One of Sam’s favorite ingredients to pair with chocolate is honey. Honeybees. What amazing creatures! Bees buzz in gardens near and far collecting pollen from flowers as far as 10 miles from their hives. A honeybee visits between 50 and 100 flowers during one collection flight. In order to produce 1 pound of honey, 2 million flowers must be visited! Go little guys go! This “sweet” bar is made of 62% african blend dark chocolate, crystals of bee pollen and powdered honey.
