Our hearts are with the people of Ukraine. We feel a strong connection to them, and we want to support efforts that provide frontline humanitarian care and aid to the Ukrainian people.

As some of you may know, Anna Nash, one of our co-founders and Tom’s wife, is from Ukraine. Anna came to the U.S. as a refugee in 1990 with her parents and her sister, leaving behind the rest of her family in Odessa. With the Russian invasion of her home country, she is understandably distraught and worried about her cousins and other family who are still there.

For the months of March and April, we will be making donations to support organizations that are providing humanitarian care to people fleeing Ukraine and those who are staying behind. We be donating 100% of the profits from sales of the Misha chocolate bar, named after Anna’s Uncle Misha, and a special chocolate heart, painted in the colors of the Ukrainian flag and filled with a hazelnut gianduja. Our goal is to be able to donate $10,000 or more to organizations like the World Central Kitchen, which is serving thousands of fresh meals to Ukrainian families fleeing home as well as those who remain in the country.

The Misha Chocolate Bar is a complex, but not bitter,  72% dark chocolate bar generously blended with dried blueberries, cherries, and toasted sunflower seeds. The Misha is vegan and gluten free.

The Heart for Ukraine is a 62% dark chocolate heart filled with hazelnut gianduja and chopped hazelnuts. The Heart for Ukraine contains dairy and nuts.

Misha ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, non-GMO sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla), dried cherries, dried blueberries, and sunflower seeds.

Heart for Ukraine ingredients: dark and milk chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, non-GMO sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla), hazelnuts, whole milk powder.
