Yep, that's true. You can often find Sam standing over a huge pot of boiling local cream, milk, organic sugar, and magical Madagascar vanilla beans stirring, always stirring. Once the caramel is made, it is then hand-enrobed and sprinkled with grey Celtic sea salt. To make one batch start to finish is a labor of love, but the results speak for themselves. People often try them and don't speak for several minutes afterwards, enjoying and many of the quotes we'd like to use aren't suitable for this forum. We will just say, they're really THAT good.
